As part of the Millennial Developments family, Millennial Construction was founded in 2016 by Ryan Tamblyn, with the goal of creating homes that serve residents and enhance communities with appealing architecture, thoughtful amenities and high-quality construction to enhance the living experience.

Ryan’s start in real estate development began as a young Kelowna local, building and renovating his own homes. Guided by his own experience and understanding of the power of real estate for in building long-term security for Canadians, he created Millennial Developments, one of the most recognized and awarded real estate development companies in British Columbia. Ryan continues to bring that “hammer in hand” sensibility to each Millennial project – overseeing every detail with a personal approach to homebuilding that inspires pride of ownership and promises lasting value.
