McCulloch Lake Resort (Phase 1)

McCulloch Lake Resort is a fee-simple strata lakefront chalet resort located on the Kettle Valley Trail in the Okanagan. Located 25 kilometres outside of Kelowna and minutes to Big White Ski Resort and the Nordic Ski & Snowshoe Club, this historic eco-resort offers all season access to the benefits of a wilderness eco-resort with all the modern conveniences.

Millennial Construction acted as the General Contractor and Licensed Builder for Phase 1 of McCulloch Lake Resort which comprised the construction of five luxury chalets along with the completion of onsite services.

The project was partially framed and then abandoned for two years before being purchased by new owners. Millennial Construction worked with the new ownership group to re-commence building design, remediate the existing structures, re-engage consultants and the CRP, file new building permits while tendering the work to local trades, as well as providing full construction management services including budget tendering, scheduling and project management. The project required engagement with RDCO and MOTI and had a construction duration of 8 months.
