Millennial's role at The Heights at Upper Mission extended well beyond approvals management – we were embedded in this project as a construction-minded partner from the outset, ensuring that every planning and design decision was grounded in real-world buildability.

As Entitlement and Development Manager for Upper Mission Development, Millennial led the PLR process with the City of Kelowna. We facilitated a strategic redesign from a 15-lot subdivision to a 23-lot bare land strata model. Our construction expertise ensured the transition was optimized for constructability, site grading, servicing logistics, and long-term maintainability.
