Engaged as Construction Manager by the Receiver, Millennial inherited a partially framed 20-unit wood-frame townhome and condo development that had sat abandoned for over 13 months. A rigorous site and document audit identified structural deficiencies including weathered lumber, non-conforming fire separations and missing code requirements. Every deficiency was remediated before new work commenced.

Recognizing that the original consultant team was not optimally positioned to serve the project on cost and schedule, Millennial restructured the professional team, engaging new consultants that immediately improved project confidence and momentum.

Millennial tendered the work across the Okanagan and Vancouver, securing 92% of the hard-cost budget through fixed subtrade and supplier pricing. Lock-up was successfully achieved and the project was delivered under budget.
