Brian Pennings
Site Superintendent
Born and raised in Vancouver, Brian and his wife of over 30 years moved to West Kelowna in 2022. Brian brings a wealth of expertise to the Millennial Construction team with over three decades of construction industry experience on projects ranging from townhomes, wood-frame multifamily developments and high rise buildings, to single-family, estate and custom built homes. With his two children now fully grown, Brian brings passion, skill and enthusiasm to every project, and often jokes that construction is his “big kid Lego”.
