Davin is an award-winning professional with over 15 years of experience in land use planning and land development. He has extensive experience in urban land economics, master planning, and public consultation. Throughout his career, he has demonstrated a strong track record of success in delivery of complex, multifaceted land development projects from inception to completion.
As Director of Land Development, Davin is responsible for day-to-day land development operations, including property due diligence, land acquisitions, development planning, pre-construction development approvals, and revenue analysis for all residential projects.
Davin received his undergraduate degree with a dual concentration in urban planning and economics. He also holds diplomas in urban design, public consultation, and is a registered professional planner (RPP) with the Canadian Institute of Planners.
