Neil Penner

Starting in landscaping as a teenager in Winnipeg, Neil moved forward into concrete and carpentry work, before honing his focus on over ten years of expert forming and framing experience on tower developments in Vancouver and the Lower Mainland. He returned to Kelowna working as a project foreman for various projects and running his own independent construction business, prior to joining the Millennial team in 2023.
